Customer care

Clear terms, written for people.

These are Lustre Edit's approved UK customer terms. They apply to purchases made through this store. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Availability confirmation. You can place a paid order while we check availability. Delivery timing is not yet confirmed. We will contact you to agree the timing or arrange a refund to the original payment method. You can ask for a refund while waiting.

Delivery

The total price is £199 for one pair of Multi-Cut Crawler Drop Earrings, with UK delivery included. There is no separate standard delivery charge.

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland. We do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man or other international destinations. Orders with a delivery address outside this area cannot be accepted. If payment has already been taken, it will be refunded to the original payment method. For in-stock orders, allow an estimated 2-5 working days from order to delivery: 1-2 working days for processing and 1-3 for transit. Working days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays; our order cut-off is 2pm London time. Processing and carrier delays can occur. This is not a guaranteed arrival date or a restock estimate. If the carrier supplies tracking, we send it after dispatch. We confirm the expected delivery timing when we accept your order. We do not promise a particular next-day or tracked service. Unless we agree a different timeframe with you, delivery will take place within 30 days after the contract is formed.

Cancellation and change-of-mind returns

We offer the cancellation rights required for UK online purchases. We do not offer an additional change-of-mind return period or a voluntary exchange service beyond your statutory rights.

Cancellation deadline

You may cancel before delivery or notify us no later than 14 days after the day you receive your earrings. You must then send them back within 14 days after telling us you are cancelling. No reason is required. These deadlines do not restrict rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods, or any longer period required by law.

Return costs and condition

You pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return. Please package the earrings securely and keep proof of posting; a tracked service is recommended. Return the complete pair and all included items, including the presentation box and bag. Please use the original packaging where possible.

You may handle the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function, as you would in a shop. If additional handling reduces their value, we may deduct the actual reduction in value where the law allows. This can include wear, damage or missing included items. We assess and explain any deduction individually; there is no automatic restocking or cancellation fee. Missing packaging does not automatically remove your right to cancel.

Refunds

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you supply evidence of having sent them back, whichever happens first. We refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after that point, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without incurring a fee. Any lawful deduction will be explained.

The £199 price includes standard outbound delivery. We do not subtract our original delivery costs from a statutory cancellation refund. If a separately charged enhanced delivery option is offered and chosen in future, only the standard delivery amount must be refunded.

How to cancel

Send a clear cancellation statement to lustreeditsupport@gmail.com or the seller address below. Please include your order reference and enough information to identify the order. You do not need our approval, a particular form or a reason to exercise a valid cancellation right. Contact us promptly for return-routing instructions; our response does not extend your return deadline.

Optional cancellation form

To Lustre Edit, at the seller address below or lustreeditsupport@gmail.com: I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following goods: [goods]. Ordered on / received on: [date]. Consumer name: [name]. Consumer address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature: [only if sent on paper].

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Email lustreeditsupport@gmail.com with your order reference or other proof of purchase and a description of the problem. Photos can help where practical but are not a condition of your statutory rights.

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Where the law provides a short-term right to reject faulty goods, this normally lasts 30 days. Other rights, including repair, replacement, a price reduction or a final right to reject, may apply afterwards. We will provide the remedy required by law and bear reasonable return costs where required.

Normal wear, accidental damage or misuse that you cause does not itself establish a manufacturing fault. This does not exclude a genuine defect or override the legal rules about proving when a fault arose. No commercial warranty replaces or limits your statutory rights.

Privacy

Lustre Edit uses the information needed to answer enquiries, take and fulfil orders, deliver goods, prevent fraud, keep financial and service records, resolve returns and understand how the storefront performs.

This can include your name, contact details, delivery and billing address, order and payment reference, support correspondence, website attribution and service events. Card credentials are handled by the payment service and are not stored by this storefront.

Optional first-party analytics use random visitor and session identifiers to measure page sections, active time, product interactions, checkout handoff, broad device type and campaign attribution. We do not use session replay, typed form values, addresses or payment details for analytics.

If you allow marketing cookies, Lustre Edit may use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure advertising, attribute visits and purchases, and optimise campaigns. Meta may receive the page visited, event time, product and price information, device and connection data, and an opaque event identifier. After a verified purchase, a customer email may be normalised and hashed before it is sent for matching. Browser and server copies use the same event name and identifier so Meta can treat them as one action. We do not send Meta full delivery addresses, card information, internal notes or supplier information.

With your separate, updated marketing consent, Google Ads measurement may use advertising cookies and receive page location, campaign click identifiers, device and connection information, and a verified purchase value, currency and opaque transaction identifier. Google tags stay blocked until consent. We do not enable enhanced conversions or send Google customer email, delivery addresses or card details. Purchase reporting requires server-verified payment; a checkout visit alone is not a purchase.

Meta and Google advertising measurement and optional analytics use your consent. No Meta Pixel or Conversions API event is sent before marketing consent. Necessary storage remains available so the store can function. You can accept all, reject non-essential cookies or choose categories separately, and you can change or withdraw consent below at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future optional measurement on this device but does not undo processing already carried out lawfully.

Analytics: Not allowed · Marketing: Not allowed

We rely on the steps needed to perform a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests in operating and protecting the store. Information is shared only as needed with payment, hosting, database, fulfilment, delivery and customer-support service providers, with Meta and Google when the relevant marketing consent is active, or where the law requires it. Detailed analytics events are retained for 13 months, then deleted or aggregated. Order, tax, support and audit records follow their separate legal and operational retention requirements.

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where the relevant right applies. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact lustreeditsupport@gmail.com to make a privacy request.

Sale terms

The product description, £199 total price, included delivery, payment method and these customer terms are shown before an order can be placed. Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when Lustre Edit sends an order-acceptance confirmation.

If the order cannot be accepted, no substitute is sent without your agreement. Any payment already taken is returned to the original payment method. We confirm the expected delivery timing when accepting an order and, unless a different time is agreed, deliver within 30 days after the contract is formed.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the law that applies to the UK customer’s contract.

Editorial & lifestyle imagery

Some lifestyle and editorial imagery used by Lustre Edit may be digitally created or enhanced to illustrate styling, occasion and presentation. These images offer visual guidance and may not reproduce every product detail, proportion or appearance precisely. Please refer to the product photography and written specifications when assessing the physical product. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
